The pilgrimage to Mecca

The last pillar Hajj is one of the finest institutions of Islam is Hajj or Pilgrimage to Mecca. Al Hajj is obligatory, at least once in life, for every Muslim man or woman, of sound mind, financial and physical. The Muslim responsible age, enjoying good health and economically capable and solvent, must perform Hajj at least once in their life.
For financial security mean in this case must have sufficient means to cover their own expenses and those of their dependents and to pay its debts, if you have them, up to reach the end of Hajj.

Al Hajj is another unique feature of Islam. It has been prescribed by One God to serve multiple purposes, among which are the following:

1 . Is the highest annual convention of Faith where Muslims gather, to know each other, discuss common issues and promote their general welfare. It is, further, the largest regular conference of peace known in the history of mankind. Peace is the dominant theme of Al Hayy, peace with God and with one's soul, peace with others and with animals, peace with birds, and even insects. It is strictly forbidden to disturb the peace of anyone and any creature, in any way or manner.

2 . It is a salutary demonstration of the universality of Islam and humanity and equality of Muslims. Muslims from all walks of life, of all professions and classes and from every corner of the globe gather in Mecca in response to the call of God Glorified. All dressed with the same simplicity, observe the same rules, run the same supplications at the same time, the same way and for the same purpose. There are no privileges, but loyalty of all to God the Creator of the universe. No aristocracy, but humility and devotion.

3 . Reaffirm the commitment of Muslims to God and their readiness to leave the material interests in His service.

4 . puts pilgrims in knowledge of spiritual and historical environment of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) so they can feel warm inspirations and strengthen their Faith.

5 . Serves to commemorate the divine rite observed by the Prophet Abraham and Ishmael (E Ibrahim Ismail) Peace with Them who is known as the first pilgrims to the first house of God on earth, i.e., the Ka 'bah in Mecca ( Makkah).

6 . It is a reminder of the great assembly of the Day of Judgment when people are equal before God waiting for their final destination as nobody can claim superiority of race or ancestry. Remember also that existing worldwide, only the Mecca was honored by God Almighty as the center of monotheism since the time of Abraham Peace Be with Him, and that will remain the center of Islam, religion pure monotheism, until the end of time.

In performing the Hajj is easily seen that this is a means of spiritual enrichment and moral strengthening, half of intense devotion experience desciplinaria, a manifestation of humanitarian interests and inspiring knowledge- All this together in a single institution of Islam.

Note also that God is the only recipient of this whole path of devotion. Muslims traveling to Mecca for the glory of God, not to kiss a stone or worship a man or a semi-divinity. Kissing or touching the Black Stone of the Ka'bah is an optional action, not an obligation or a prescription. Those who kiss or touch the Black Stone do not because they put their faith in it, or superstitious qualities attributed. His faith rests in God. Kiss or touch or point to the Stone simply as a demonstration of respect or as a symbol of love for the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) , which placed the stone in the foundation of the Ka'bah, when its reconstruction.

El Zakat el tercer pilar del islam

Zakat third pillar of Islam

The Zakat

Zakat o Azaque

Zakat or Azaque

Zakat or Zakat is another exceptionally remarkable institution and fundamental pillar on which rests Islam is zakat. Do not know of any other language equivalent to the Qur'anic word Zakah and the meaning it conveys. It is not just a form of charity, or charity, tax or tithe. Nor is it simply an expression of kindness ; is all combined and more. It's not just a deduction of a certain percentage of one's property, but an abundant enrichment and spiritual investment. It is not simply refers to a voluntary contribution to someone or some thing nor a government tax that may be an intelligent person and awakens. Rather, it is a duty imposed by God and accepted by Muslims to benefit society as a whole. Giving zakat means “giving a specified percentage on certain properties to certain classes of needy people”.

The literal and simple meaning of Zakah is purity. The technical meaning of the word designates the annual amount to be distributed in kind, money or, a Muslim with means, among the rightful beneficiaries. However, religious and spiritual meaning of Zakat is much deeper and live, and its humanitarian and sociopolitical value. Let's look at an explanation of the transcendent meaning of Zakat :

1. Zakah purifies the property of people with resources, aligerándolas of those increases that no longer belong to you, increases to be distributed among the beneficiaries due. When you pay the Zakat, a certain percentage of wealth should be distributed immediately in the right way, because it no longer belongs to the owner of moral or legal possession of that percentage (2,5 %). If it did so, will be retained, obviously, something that does not belong. That is pure corruption and usurpation from every point of view, moral and spiritual, legal and commercial. Means the percentage retained unlawfully becomes impure and compromises the entire property. Pure capital and honest possessions are the first requisites of permanent prosperity and honest transactions.

2. The Zakat not only purifies the property of the taxpayer, it also cleans your heart selfishness and greed for wealth. Therefore, Free receptor heart envy and distrust, of enmity and restlessness, introducing him goodwill and best wishes to the taxpayer. Consequently, society in general be clean and free from suspicion and class struggle, of distrust and resentment, corruption and disintegration, and all its evils.

3. The Zakat mitigate the suffering of the most needy and poor members of society. Represents an extremely comforting consolation to the less fortunate, and constitutes a powerful call for all to contribute and increase their share. Of Course, for the needy assumes an emergency measure, from which you should not rely solely, since it is destined to excel and do something for others. For the donor is a warm invitation to earn more to benefit more. This is, directly and indirectly, an open treasure for spiritual investment, that compensates abundantly to all interested parties.

4. Zakah is a healthy form of security against selfish greed intera and social disagreements, intrusion and penetration of subversive ideologies. Represents an effective tool for cultivating the spirit of social responsibility by the taxpayer, and the perception of security and possession by the receiver.

5. The zakat is a living manifestation of the spiritual and humanitarian concept of response interactions between the individual and society. Clearly illustrates that, although Islam does not put obstacles to private enterprise or condemn private possession, not tolerate selfish and greedy capitalism. It is an expression of the general philosophy of Islam, which adopts a moderate and middle path, but positive and effective, between the individual and society, between the citizen and the state, capitalism and socialism, materialism and spirituality.

The share of Zakat

Every Muslim, male or female, having at the end of the year more than 35.000 pesetas about cash , or trade items, must give the Zakat at the rate of two and a half percent, como minimum. For available cash amount the question is not difficult; more, when a person has wealth in stocks or trade items, should evaluate at the end of each year, according to the normal value, and give the Zakat at the rate the same percentage of two and a half percent of the total value of wealth. If your investment is estimated in real estate, as buildings and industries, the share of Zakat is calculated on the total net revenue, and not on the total value of all goods. But, if traded or offered for sale buildings and houses, the share of Zakat is calculated on the total value of all properties. Similarly, when someone is creditor and the debtor is solvent, Zakat is payable under the amount that has been paid, it remains a portion of his guaranteed wealth.

Remember, in all cases, you only pay for the net balance. Zakat is the net balance after paying personal expenses, their families stipends, expenditure required and due credits.

It is also recalled that the share of 2,5 % represents only a minimum, in times of emergency, or when needs increase, there is no limit; the more you give, receive greater benefit all stakeholders. The distribution of Zakah serves all purposes for which numerous fundraising campaigns are launched. The bottom of Zakat supersedes all other. It's true what anyone was entitled to receive Zakat; all subjects – Muslims, Christians and Jews- the vast Islamic empire had enough to satisfy your needs, and the leaders had to deposit collections of Zakat in the treasury. This indicates that when duly fulfills the law of Zakat needs of citizens are reduced and public finances is enriched, to an extent that can not be needy or poor, provided, plus huge surplus.

The unfailing power of this effective measure of public interest stems from the fact that it is a divine precept, a mandate received from God Himself. This is not a personal matter, or a voluntary contribution; this is, rather, an obligation fulfillment of which are each directly responsible to God. Given that Zakat should be required in the common interest, for being legislation established by God, no Muslim is allowed to neglect. When not correctly notes, the legitimate authorities of the State must intervene, for the people, to confirm the institution and verify compliance fair.

The righteous recipients of zakat

The Holy Qur'an classifies fair Zakat recipients as follows:

1. The poor Muslims, to mitigate their scarcity.
2. The needy Muslims, to provide them with means with which to earn their livelihood.
3. The new Muslim converts, to allow them to stabilize and meet their changing needs.
4. Muslim prisoners of war, to release by ransom.
5. Muslims indebted, for download from the obligations of pressing needs.
6. To pay the salaries of Muslim employees appointed by a Muslim governor for the collection of zakat.
7. Muslims serving the cause of God, through research, study or propagation of Islam. This contribution is dedicated to cover their expenses and help them continue their services.
8. Travellers Muslims, who are lost in a strange land and require assistance.

El deserving recipient of Zakah is one who has nothing to meet your needs or has little ( under 35.000 pesetas at the end of the year or , 210€).
If someone has approximately 35.000 pesetas , 210€ or more must be taxpayer, no Zakat receiver. When a receiver receives its quota and found to be sufficient and will balance near the left 35.000 pesetas or , 210€, should not accept anything else. You must return upon receipt to give to other more appropriate receptors.

Zakat can be distributed directly to individuals of one or more of these classes, or welfare organizations to care for them. You can divide, you too, in the form of grants to researchers and bright and promising Muslim students, or in the form of grants to welfare organizations and institutions of public service, sponsor such causes.

A disabled or invalid poor Muslim enjoys priority over healthy, able to procure some gains. The taxpayer must serve the best to find the most deserving recipients.

The taxes currently paid to governments not replace this religious duty. Be regarded as a special obligation and pay separately apart from the governmental taxes. Now, Muslims in North America, for example, can benefit from tax laws, that allow certain deductions for charity. Must pay their Zakat to deserving beneficiaries and then claim the amounts paid as proper legal deductions.

La Oración en el islam

Prayer in Islam

Salat La Oración

Salah Prayer

Los musulmanes rezamos, or to be more correct, worship five times a day:

· Between first light and sunrise.

· After the sun has passed its zenith.

· Between mid-afternoon and sunset.

· Between sunset and the last light of the day.

· Between the darkness and midnight.

Each sentence takes about 5 minutes, pero puede alargarse si la persona lo desea. Los musulmanes podemos rezar en cualquier lugar limpio, alone or in community, in the mosque or at home, at work or on the road, adentro o afuera del hogar. Bajo circunstancias especiales, and disease, travel or war, prayer is given.

Having specific times each day to be close to God helps Muslims to become aware of the importance of their faith, y el rol que juega en cada momento de la vida.

These prayers serve as a constant reminder throughout the day to help believers mindful of God in the daily stress of work, la familia y las distracciones de la vida. La oración fortalece la fe, reminds us of our dependence on God, y pone a la cotidianidad en la perspectiva de la vida después de la muerte y el Juicio Final. Cuando nos preparamos para rezar, Muslims face Mecca, Holy City, which houses the Kaaba (the ancient place of worship built by Abraham and his son Ishmael). Al final de la oración se recita la degree (testimony of faith) and the salutation: "Peace, mercy and blessings of God be for everyone ".

Prayer can be done individually, pero la oración colectiva en la mezquita tiene un mérito especial. Con los rostros orientados hacia la Ka’abah en la Meca, worshipers standing in line after the I have, or prayer leader, quien los dirige al ejecutar las posturas físicas que acompañan las recitaciones del Corán. En muchos países musulmanes, the call to prayer, o Adhan, is repeated in the minarets, and aided by the muezzin speakers (muezzin) says:

Allahu Akbar (God is Supreme),

Allahu Akbar (God is Supreme),

El viernes es el día de la adoración comunitaria en el Islam. La oración semanal del viernes es el servicio religioso más importante. La oración del viernes se desarrolla de la siguiente manera:

  • It is done in the same time as the noon prayer is performed.
  • Must be performed in a congregation led by a prayer leader, un I have. No se puede ofrecer individualmente. Los musulmanes en Occidente tratamos de arreglar nuestras tareas para poder estar presentes en esta oración.
  • More than a day of rest and Sunday for Christians or Saturday for Jews, el viernes es un día de devoción y de reflexión. El musulmán tiene permitido trabajar el viernes como cualquier día normal de la semana. Pueden proceder con sus actividades normales, pero deben detenerlas para la oración del viernes. Después de que termina la oración, we can proceed with our activities.
  • Normally Friday prayers performed in the mosque, si es posible. En ocasiones, if not possible, may be offered in a complex, park, etc.
  • When the time for prayer comes, pronounce the Adhan, the I haveIt stands in front of the audience and delivers his sermon (known as Jutbah in Arabic), una parte esencial del rito al cual es necesario atender. Mientras el I have speech, todos los presentes escuchan el sermón atentamente hasta el final. Algunos Imames in the West give the sermon in the local language, otros lo hacen en árabe. Los que lo hacen en árabe generalmente facilitan una traducción.
  • There are two sermons, distinguished from one another by brief restI have. El sermón comienza con palabras de alabanzas a Dios y salutaciones sobre el Profeta Muhámmad, God's peace be upon him.
  • After the sermon, in prayer the passage of the Qur'an is recited call to- Fatiha, and another Qur'anic passage selectable I have en una voz audible. Esto completa la oración.

Special prayers in congregation, including a sermon, normalmente se ofrecen a media mañana en los dos días de festividad. Uno de ellos es inmediatamente después del mes del ayuno, Ramadan, and the other after the annual pilgrimage.

Although not a religious obligation, individual voluntary prayers, especially at night, are emphasized and are a common practice among pious Muslims.

Shahada testimonio de Fe

Shahada testimony of Faith

Shahada testimony of faith and conditions

shahada pronunciación de fe

Shahada pronunciation of Fe

The explanation of the testimony of faith “Degree”, which the Muslim must fulfill so he or she can recognize the oneness of Allah, openly and secretly.

Las condiciones de la Shahada son siete:

Al-Weather (Knowledge of the meaning of Shahada, its negation and affirmation).
Al-Middle (Certainty, perfect knowledge that contradicts, suspicions and doubts).
Al-Ikhlas (Sincerity which denied Shirk idolatry).
Al-Then, (Truth that no falsehood nor hypocrisy).
Al-Mahabah (Love Shahada and their meaning; and be happy with it).
Al-Inqiad (Submission to his righteous requirements, which are duties that must be performed with sincerity to Allah (only) seeking his pleasure).
Al-Qubul (Acceptance that contradicts their rejection).

When someone is dying, then those close to him or her, should be careful of the following:

A: Make Talqin, Shahada. The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "One who is dying among you, The interpretation of (persuádanlo say) him : "La ilaha illa, Muhammad Rasulullah ". Who pronounced "La ilaha illallah, Muhammad Rasulullah "antes de Mori, eventualmente entrará en el Yannah (paradise), no matter how much it punished before that ".

B: The pleading for him, and only good things to mention before him. The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you are present with a patient or one who is dying, then only say good things because the Angels say "Amin" what you say ".

Talqin not only means making or repeating the Shahada, but also means urging the person who is dying to say it (even if one of the People of Knowledge differs in this). Our test is the following hadith (narrative) de Anas (May Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) was to visit an Ansari and said: "Oh Uncle! Of: "La ilaha illa" ". He asked: ¿Maternal uncle or paternal uncle?". He (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do Not, maternal uncle ". He asked: "Say: "La ilaha illallah" is well in my favor?". He (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Yup".

No problem if someone goes to a Kafir (incredulous) dying to invite to Islam, for the opportunity to become Muslim. Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) said: "A Jewish boy used to attend the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him). He became ill. He (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) was to visit. He (Prophet) He sat near his head and said: "Accept Islam". He (child) He looked at his father who was sitting questionably close. He (the father said: "Accept what Abdul Qasim says". Acordadamente he became a Muslim. The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) felizmente vino y diciendo: "Praise be to Allah who saved him from the fire".
When the child died, then he said: "Pray the funeral oration for his brother.
